Akko CS Jelly Pink Switches and the Ducky One 3 Keyboard

“What? Another switch?”

Absolutely! I am having great fun with my Ducky One 3 Fuji mechanical keyboard with hot-swappable switches, and I wanted to try another style of switch to see how much the keyboard would change.

This time, I opted for a switch that complemented the Fuji’s light pink color scheme: the Akko CS Jelly Pink switch!

Akko Jelly Blue Switches and the Ducky One 3 Keyboard

Following the pleasing results of the Akko Radiant Red linear switches, my next questions was, “What would it be like to type using tactile switches?”

It turns out that there are a number of various budget switch types available from Akko, so I tried the Jelly Blue version. Will they fit in the Ducky One 3 mechanical keyboard? How do they compare to the Akko Starfish and Radiant Reds?

Akko Radiant Red Switches and the Ducky One 3 Keyboard

I have been having a blast typing with my Ducky One 3 keyboard. While it might not be the highest-end mechanical keyboard on the market, reliable usage over time has earned its place as one of my favorites.

Since the Ducky One 3 features hot-swappable switches, I had to give it the attention it craves by testing a new switch. It is amazing how different a keyboard can perform simply by changing its switches, so this is indeed an indispensable feature.

Given the success with the Akko CS Starfish switches, I wanted to try another switch: the Akko Radiant Red linear switch. Here are my thoughts with the Ducky One 3 and Linux.
